MIC compiling 300 PSD scholarship appeals

KUALA LUMPUR: The MIC has received more than 300 appeals from parents and students on Public Service Department (PSD) scholarships, said deputy president Datuk Dr S. Subramaniam.

Some of the students were offered scholarships for unrelated courses, while some were denied scholarships, he said.

The appeals would be compiled before a meeting with the PSD director-general, he said after launching the UCSI University’s fourth annual career fair here.
